ISPCC Soccer Challenge – call for Ilac team members

CHILDLINE SOCCER CHALLENGE 2012

Now in its second year, the Childline 7-a-side Soccer Challenge is back.

With three locations nationwide, the event is open to anyone over 18 who would like to enter a team, so don’t just sit on the sideline, get involved!

The Childline 7-a-side soccer event will take place in the following locations:

Dublin Sunday March 4^th 2012 – Oscar Traynor Centre, Coolock Lane, Dublin 17

Cork Sunday March 11^th 2012 – Mayfield Sports Complex

Galway Sunday April 1^st 2012 – Mervue FC

Teams are made up of 10 people (7 players and 3 subs) and are open to men and women.

Teams are asked fundraise €1500 to enter this event in aid of Childline that’s only €150 person!

The victorious team at each event will win an expenses paid trip to a top Premiership game*. There will also be runner up prizes on the day.

Every cent raised will help the Childline services continue to be here for children 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Just €5 can help us answer one more call. Each team taking part and raising €1,500 has the potential to help us answer 300 more calls for some of Ireland’s most vulnerable children in need of support.
