Customers of the Ilac Shopping Centre can alternatively pre-book car parking in Q-Park The Spire, which offer multiple Parking Specials. Bookings must be made at least a day in advance.

There are 5 allocated disabled parking spaces available on Level 1, along with 14 designated family parking spaces throughout all levels.
