About The Ilac
The ILAC has been part of Dublin city life since 1981. As Dublin’s first shopping centre, it introduced a fresh new shopping experience to the heart of the city, and over forty years later, it remains a familiar and trusted destination for generations of Dubliners and visitors alike.
The centre of everything
Located between Henry Street, Moore Street, and Parnell Street, the ILAC sits right at the centre of city life. Every week, hundreds of thousands of people visit our malls, whether they’re shopping, meeting friends, commuting through the city, studying, or visiting the Central Library.
Inside, you’ll find a mix of much-loved brands including Dunnes Stores, Boots, TK Maxx, Foot Locker, and Normal, alongside independent businesses that have become local favourites. From thoughtful gifts at Creative Ideas to expert tailoring at Suits You and fresh cuts at Boston Barbers, the ILAC offers something unique on every visit.
Spread across Mary Mall, Central Mall, Moore Mall, and Parnell Mall, the centre is designed to make city shopping simple, convenient, and enjoyable. Whether you’re stopping in for lunch, picking up essentials, or spending the afternoon browsing, everything is close at hand.
One of the things that makes the ILAC truly unique is our connection with Dublin City Council’s Central Library, located on the first floor and open to everyone. It’s a space for learning, creativity, and community right in the middle of the city.
