Family Friendly

Here's what we have to make your visit run a bit more smoothly.

Baby changing facilities are available in Parnell Mall on the ground floor — both rooms are buggy-friendly. Baby changing is also available inside Dunnes Stores and McDonald's.

All three of our lifts provide step-free access between floors and from the Q-Park car park directly into the centre. The centre is lift-access only between levels — there are no escalators — so buggies and prams can move around easily without having to navigate stairs.

There's no dedicated feeding room, but several of our cafés and restaurants are happy to accommodate. The Dunnes Stores Café on the third floor Garden Terrace is a particularly easy stop for families — spacious, sit-down, and accessible by lift.

A number of our restaurants offer kids' menus and highchairs. Look out for the family-friendly filter when browsing the Eat & Drink listings.

A sensory cubby is available in the Central Library on the first floor, designed for children and adults. Sessions last 5 to 15 minutes using colour, imagery and music, and are available on request through the Library.

The Q-Park car park has 20 accessible bays. For general family parking availability, check with the car park directly on arrival.
