Dublin City Council's Central Library lives on the first floor of the ILAC, fully public, free to use and open to everyone. You can borrow books, study, or use the free Wi-Fi, and the Creative Studio offers a soundproof booth for music practice and recording, also free, by appointment. The Children's Library has its own dedicated space, including a Sensory Cubbie, sensory toys and a Tovertafel magic table for visitors who need a quieter setup.
