Whether you need a hand with something practical or just want to know what's available, here's everything the ILAC has on offer for visitors.

There are two defibrillators in the centre: one in the customer toilets corridor off Parnell Mall, and one by the Customer lifts at Mary Mall. If you need assistance, alert any member of the mall team straight away.'
Wheelchairs are available on request. Speak to one of our on-site team who will be happy to assist.
Cash machines are located in Dunnes Stores on Henry Street Mall.
Free WiFi is available throughout the main concourse, in many of our eateries, and in the Central Library. Internet kiosks beside the stairs to the Library also offer colour printing, scanning and copying.
Need a top-up? Joos charging stations are available beside Cassidy Travel, close to our lifts. Hire a power bank and charge on the go.
Photography booths are located beside Cassidy Travel in Lift Square, and in the restrooms corridor just off Parnell Mall.
Male, female and disabled restrooms are located on the ground floor in Parnell Mall, with two buggy-friendly baby changing facilities. Baby changing is also available in Dunnes Stores and McDonald's.
A sensory cubby is available in the Central Library, offering a sensory management system for both children and adults. Sessions last 5 to 15 minutes and use colour, imagery and music.
Dublin City Council's Central Library is located on the first floor of the ILAC Shopping Centre on Henry Street. It houses the Business Information Centre, the Music Library, and the Creative Studio — a free digital maker space for music recordings, podcasts, videos, digital stories and oral histories. Open to everyone, no membership required for most services.
Three public lifts are available throughout the centre, providing step-free access between levels from the car park to Mary Mall and from the Central Mall to the Central Library.
